Speed to Proficiency Curve

The speed to proficiency curve expresses a relationship between the Average Handle Time for an employee when they begin taking calls against the months involved before they become "proficient" - or able to handle calls at the same efficiency as an employee who is said to be tenured.

In the simplest method, we can plot that in a linear relationship on two axis, where X represents the months required to become proficient, and Y represents the average handle time:
