Economic Challenges: Changing economic conditions demand that we execute the development of a World Class Forecasting Strategy to complement our contact rate reduction program
Improved forecasting is beneficial to both contact rate and expenses directly:
- Effective forecasting and scheduling improves SL, Quality, lowers AHT and lowers repeats generated through ABA
- Effective forecasting and scheduling reduces headcount and improves 2nd and 3rd party requirements, lowering expenses associated with both.
