Operational Notes

Deep Field. Hybrid Missions. Typically used for Photometry and Imaging. FITS and TIF file formats. Dark Frame calibration data is available for 60, 120, 180, 300, 600 second exposures. Binx1 - Binx2.

T24 is the largest iTelescope system in the Northern Hemisphere. Its big, its beautiful. Situated under sunny and clear Californian skies deep in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.

The Planewave Ascension 200HR mount is so accurate whilst tracking that iTelescope Admin have disabled active guidance, with a corresponding decrease in session setup time when imaging. We recommend exposure of 300 seconds or less on this large system.

NOTE: We suggest the use of the "Dithering" option on T24 to help clean up any inherent CCD flaws.
